Symptoms?

Is it normal to be 10 weeks and all my symptoms are all gone? Should i be worried? First time mommy also (:

Trust me I'm right there with you! I had a missed miscarriage back in January at 8w4d so the lessening of my symptoms scares the crap out of me!! But I've never made it this far so anything I'm experiencing is new. But I hear it's normal around 9-11 weeks to start feeling better because the placenta starts to take over and your body is producing less hcg.

Well I had my OBGYN appointment today and uterus is measuring 10 weeks and they found HB on Doppler. Relieved that everything looks good and that I just seem to be one of the lucky ones!

I'm 10w1d and all my symptoms have basically faded too. I have heartburn and still some what fatigued. But no more breast tenderness or nausea. My next app isn't until next week. I'm thinking about buying a fetal Doppler to ease my mind before then

I'm the same way! I'm 10 weeks today and I was super nauseous up until 8 weeks 5 days and it subsided. Saw baby's heartbeat at 9 weeks and I swear that helped symptoms subside too. I can assure you once you see your little peanut and hear the heartbeat you'll feel loads better!

I only had morning sickness until 5 weeks.  My only other symptoms have been sore boobs and fatigue and the breast tenderness didn't start til a couple weeks ago!  I'm also 10 wks and first time mom.  It worries me too when I hear about all the other women having so many symptoms and I'm just like... Uh what's happening to your body that's not happening to mine??  
I've heard over and over though that every woman and every pregnancy is different.  Can't wait to hear my baby's heart for the first time on Thursday, that should ease my mind a lot!

I'm 10 wks 2 days and most all of my symptoms are gone. The only one I still have is sore boobs but even that is really mild now. I last saw baby at 8 weeks 2 days and was measuring ahead with HB of 174. I had an early miscarriage back in January so now that my symptoms have been gone a couple weeks I am very worried. I go to my first OB appointment tomorrow so I'm hoping they will at least listen for a heart beat and ease my mind.

Same here. I am 10 weeks 3 days and am starting to feel better. Was nauseated morning to night...I'm feeling better. I can't remember from my first pregnancy. I had ultrasound a week ago and all was well.
