Extreme exhaustion?

Anyone experience extreme exhaustion early in twin pregnancy?

Still! I'm 16+3 and it's not getting better.  I wonder if I'm anemic or something. Going to get tested at my next appointment. I'm so exhausted it's unreal.

I'm exhausted the entire pregnancy. My first pregnancy was twins and this is just one. I want to sleep ALL. The. Time.

I'll be 13 weeks tomorrow and I'm on iron pills but still crappy iron and I still can sleep all day.

Yes, I sat around (SAHM) for the whole first trimester.  I also took 2.5 hour naps and slept through the night. Had no clue why until 10.5 weeks, surprise there's two!  Energy can back at about 12-13 weeks, by 15 I felt like a new woman!  At 19 weeks I still feel great!
