Sign of pregnancy?

Call me crazy but I wonder... in July I had a very early miscarriage. Looking back I had a cold around the time I would have conceived.  I rarely get sick, but now I'm sick again. Wondering if it is a sign of pregnancy? !  Or just a coincidence.

So wierd. I just finished my fertile window and now I have the start or what seems to be a cold today. I've been miserable. Stuffy nose, slight nausea, horrible headache. Is that what you have???

I also have a slight cold and confirmed ovulation a couple days ago with opks!  I hope this is a good sign!  Good luck!
