Feeling faint?

I was feeling lightheaded on and off all day. Then, after getting out of the shower last night I had to sit on the bathroom floor because I felt like I was seconds away from passing out. All I could see was black and white dots and had to call for my husband to walk me outside to get fresh air.

Has this sort of thing happened to anyone else after getting out of the shower?

Totally normal. I have days where I'm very light headed and have to take it easy and showering makes it worse because I love hot showers.

Yes girl u took a too hot shower it lowers your blood pressure body no likey lol becareful I did it 3 time before I realized

Your blood pressure probably drop. The hot water causes vasodilation which results in lower blood pressure. I have problems with this so I make sure to always have the bathroom door open and my husband home when. I take a shower

This happens to me all the time. It's very scary when it happens and it's just me and my five year old at a store. I have actually fully passed out in a restaurant parking lot but luckily my husband was with me.

If I get up too fast I get super super dizzy and I need to chill out and sit down for a sec, but never on the verge of passing out. Hope all is well
