TTC for 3 years!

My husband and I have 2 children. When I gave birth to our youngest in 2008 I decided to be put on the Mirena and a few years later my husband and I decided we wanted to try for our third child and we've been TTC for 3 years. Any thoughts or ideas on what may help me get knocked up?
