This is a severe problem as it is so uncomfortable it keeps me up at night. The skin on my labia is dry and peeling, and my outer lips are so dry they are cracking.  This itches really bad, but burns even worse all the time, but especially when I urinate. It even looks red and nasty down there. Any ideas what this could be?! HELP ME.
