Sciatica real bad!!! Welcoming advice Please!!!
Anyone else struggling to get out of bed everyday for work?!? Ugh sciatica is killing me and it's hard to even put on a pair of pants 😫😫😫 ! My husband massages me and I'm stretching during the day but after a long nights on one side it just seems to not really help!!
