Remembering loved ones..
Today is my husbands grandmothers funeral. He was very close with her as was I. I'm currently 28 weeks pregnant with my first baby, a little girl. She will be named after her Great Grandmother. The last words that she spoke to me she said, "Oh, I wanted to see that baby so bad, but I guess I will have to see her from somewhere else." I'll never forget it and it brings tears to my eyes just typing it. It's been a tough year for us. I lost my own grandmother last October and my grandfather in July. My grandmother that is living has been diagnosed with and incurable form of leukemia. It's been tough for sure but my little girl reminds me often with her little kicks how blessed we are even when times are tough.
