Hair thinning and hair loss

Any ladies out there have thinning hair?

I have PCOS. In the last 5 years my hair has thinned significantly. Has anyone delt with this? What worked for you?

I'm 6 weeks pregnant and I'm hoping that the pregnancy will help my hair loss. After the baby is born I am thinking about a regrowth treatment like Rogaine or something.
