I'm so impatient. TTC with baby #1. Any stories/tips?

I guess I'm using this as an outlet to vent and hopefully receive some feedback and success stories.

When I was a teenager, I had the most unpredictable cycles/periods imaginable...and it all started at age 11. After several separate cycles of bleeding for months straight I went to get professional help. My blood tests were showing I was anemic when I truly wasn't. Birth control pills didn't help "even" out my cycles (I had them prescribed by age 13). Eventually I found out I had a septate uterus through ultrasounds. For those who are unaware what a septum is, it's a wall in the middle of your uterus that doesn't have any blood supply. DH and I are TTC now that I have had a laporoscopy/hysteroscopy to remove the wall and endometriosis that was found. My cycles are a little long of about 31 days with a luteal phase of 15 days. I would estimate that I'm about 14 DPO if I did not O late. AF is to show Friday or Saturday. I took a test today and got this BFN. This online site says it's still early to test? I am 24, healthy, and this is our 3rd month trying. Thanks in advance!
