Car sickness ??

I've noticed that I get at sick lately , I've never really been the type to do so but now that I'm 11 wks I've been getting super car sick :/

I've been flying a lot for work and am nauseous for a full day after.  Cars are a tad better but my motion sickness in general is worse pregnant.

Ugh I get bus-sick now, which is how I commute to and from work. If I eat about 30-45 min before it's better, but if I eat 15-30 min before it's worse...

I've gotten car sick since I was like 12. Maybe try only riding in front, don't look out the window, and no reading anything or typing anything. That's what works for me
