Best thing for cramps
Ok so I've seen a lot of posts about bad cramping. You're not alone! These are a lifesaver. You can get them just about anywhere. Target, Walmart, CVS, Walgreens, etc. They are stick on heating pads. You can wear them under pants and panties and no one will notice!!! You get used to it so you forget it's there for a while!!! They're awesome and I swear by them!
These work for when you need to go somewhere, but I suggest also using ibuprofen. While you're just at home and you start cramping, run a bath as hot as you can stand it and that knocks it out pretty fast!
