Hey guys. I have pcos and my last period was in June. I had a dr appt today and she prescribed me progesterone something to help my period start and I'm supposed to take those on October 1. For now she also restarted me on metformin. I took it from January-March but it didn't help and it made me sick so I stopped it. I also told her my husband is deploying for 7 months in December and we would like to get pregnant before then. She said once I get my period in October to call and she will start me on clomid. She said being on metformin and clomid should help me get pregnant. Has anyone else been on these 2 together? Did it really help? Any advice is appreciated. Thanks!!!
