Hpv 16 and breastfeeding concern

Hello! I was hoping some of you can ease my mind. I was diagnosed with hpv 16 2 years ago, had a leep procedure and had a normal pap since then. I'm having a csection in November due to nothing related to this matter. My husband and I agree that I should try breastfeeding however my mother has scared me into thinking I will transmit hpv through my breast milk. There are some studies that show transmission however it's low and the babies clear of it if they get it. My Ob doesn't seem concerned and says I can ask a pediatrician about it to ease my mind. Has anyone been diagnosed with hpv or more specifically hpv 16 and breastfed?
