What the heck! Glow says Af is due 9/23... "my day" app says not to the 28th. That's like a whole week off. Why are they always changjng!? How are you supposed to follow it? Here I'm sitting with cramps and painful boods, back ache, acne etc... Amd have no idea when I should be testing or expecting af!? I do use opk amd have to use them everyday from last day of af just bc the apps have me all over the place. Thank goodness I do test bc a cording to glow I ovulated this week when my positive tests were last week! Amd no one answers you questions anyway. They just look at what you're saying or ranting about. I am So Beyond frustrated.....
