So I'm at this diesel truck event near me and its pretty much a car show for all the diesel trucks with some racing down the drag strip... Well my fiancé is Caucasian and I'm black... We walked past a truck with a confederate flag on it (not sure if that's significant because idk what the uproar was over it in the first place) but this group of guys just got in my face giving dirty looks and asking my fiancé if he loved me over and over again... I just looked at them and looked at my fiancé... He looked so embarrassed and I've honestly never experienced racism first hand until today...
