Anyone knit or crochet?

Just wondering how many people still practice this amazing art form. Have you created anything for your future baby? I crochet and knit. I want to start a blanket but we have just started ttc and my sob is easily spooked and I don't want him to get overly anxious and stop ttc.

I knit, and I have some yarn on order that hopefully should be in tomorrow for a blanket. I jumped the gun a little and ordered  girl colors, but we won't find out until a week from tomorrow lol. If it turns out to be a boy, whoever I know that has a girl next is getting a lovely blanket lol!

I knit 😄 but I'm really slow at it. It took me 3 years to knit a little blanket my daughter could use for her babies.. But she also tore half of it apart so I couldn't deal with the mess for a few months.
