How much should i charge to babysit for 7 hours a day mon-sunday?in the state of california los angeles

In a small California town for M-F it is $100-$150 a week. 
For your situation I'd ask $200-$250 as it is 7 days a week, full time care. 
I use to run a daycare and was a many for many years in California.

When I babysat I did a flat 9$ an hour, if they came to my house and needed to be fed, bathed or sleep over I asked for 15$ an hour and if they had allergies I requested they bring their safe food.

Well asumming its because the mother works, take into mind that if she only works minimum wage, she cant pay that as well. You said you aren't giving them snacks or anything either so, not much. 
Is this a side thing? If so, simply ask her what she can afford to pay you and if thats not enough, ask for more. Also, who are you babysitting for? A stranger? May charge a little more. A family member? Charge a little less.

It also depends on you, what you do, if you work, if this is your career, etc.

I just googled rates for in home daycare rates in LA and one of the cheapest ones were $108 a week! I think u should charge $80 a week since u don't have a curriculum structured daycare in ur home. U are prolly just gonna be watching the child and feeding them and changing them. Plus if it's someone u kno u shouldn't charge them a arm and a leg cuz they are prolly asking u becuz they can't afford a real daycare. If u are charging more than that she might as well go to a real daycare.

That really depends. I believe babysitters/nannies deserve at least minimum wage. It depends on their experience, age, education. Are you providing anything for this person to eat in the 7 hours? Does she need to clean too? Does your child have any special needs? Does the nanny need to drive? There's a lot of variables.
