Needing opinions please!!!

I'm just now coming back to Glow and I'm having issues! I have taken clomid for 2 cycles now, my progesterone level had been steady at 0.7, I had my CD21 draw this past Friday and the results came back today, my level had jumped to 5.9 but my nurse told me that is still not ovulation level! So I responded to Clomid 100mg but not enough! They are bumping me to 150mg this next cycle! I just don't understand! I am 25 with PCOS.. Does anyone have experience with any of this? Please please help me!!
