I went to stripes today @ 5:15 to buy some drinks ( coke, dr pepper) for my apartment along with some snacks, my husband had to be at work, so I just wanted to rush in... There were 2 employees at the register , one with her kid in the back playing with the tobacco ( I know it's her kid cause I've seen him there before ) and some other guy acting like he was doing something, she was counting the money in her box , she didn't acknowledge that I was right in front of her I have a big thing with good customer service I take it stripes doesn't provide that.. And the guy was just staring as the line got longer and I asked him are you open and he tells me no and looks away, I ask the lady how long she's gonna take and she ignored me , so I asked the guy, how long is she gonna take and he says like 10-15 mins and I asked him " so your just gonna let the line get long or what ?" And he said "yeah" omg I just walked the fuck out of there I was already waiting like 8 damn minutes and it's not so much she was counting her money but hello fuxking acknowledge your customers!! Tell them you'll be right with them, had she told me that id be okay!!!  Am I the only who's experienced this ? I seriously wanna call corporate.
