Ovulating during period

Sometimes I don't know if am ovulating or not until this year I started trying to conceive before I know the importance of ovulation in a woman's body now since this year I have only experienced ovulation(I mean starchy tread like egg white )coming out of my Virginia three times since this year now am on fertilaid and prenatal conception and too is it possible to be ovulating during period? cause most time when on period I see the same starchy egg white coming out with my period
