Newborn and fur babies

My dad is freaking me out! I'm 17 weeks pregnant and i have a cat and a dog, my dad keeps saying that when the baby is born i will have to sanitizer a room and keep the baby there without furbabies for at least 2 months and to not let the furbabies inside my bedroom if the baby will sleep there. My cat is like a baby, she sleeps with me at night and if she can't she will meow all night and the dog sleeps in the living room. How did yall do?
