Confused

Okay so I have been bleeding red blood on and off since Friday morning. I called my doc and they said as long as you aren't going thru a pad an hour to monitor it take another pregnancy test Monday morning and call us back. I am 7w2d pregnant from the end of my last period. I went and got blood work done yesterday at my docs and the results will be in sometime today. I feel like since I am only 20 that they do not really believe I am pregnant or something. Anyways this morning I woke up and peed a few times and two of the times there were blood clots when I wiped. Should I call back and tell my doc this or wait for the results????
