Any hairstylists out there?

I had a question for hairstylists, do you have to have a license to take clients in your own home and do their hair at your house and charge them for your salon services?

Yes and technically it's illegal to do hair out of your home but so many ppl do it

In Texas you have to have a business license & tax ID. The home has to be under stateboard regulations.

Personally, If I were to ever do it I wouldn't "market" myself. Just a low key salon.
