Currently long distance with my SO. IT'S TERRIBLE. We don't text much. Don't video chat. No phone calls. He doesn't mail me anything but he says he will. I mail him gifts and cards all the time. Its so hard. Its like he doesn't even try to put me in his life. I dont wish LDRs on anyone.

My fiancé and I were long distance in the beginning of our relationship. I was still in high school and he was away at college. We would text throughout the day when we could and made sure to talk on the phone at least once a day. 8 years later we live together and are engaged :)
