My son will be 4 weeks on Friday. I haven't been able to establish an adequate milk supply. When I pump I only get 1-2oz.  He dropped birth weight so I had to supplement. I nursed my first son who is 4 for 1.5 year. My question is how much is normal to pump and how can I increase my supply ASAP? I drank water, eat oatmeal daily, take fenugreek pills and drank mothers milk.
