When do you take a pregnancy test if you are irregular?

I have PCOS and have always had an irregular cycle. I am at CD 34, and no AF. When is it safe to test?

I saw somewhere today that 19 DPO is the day...implantation usually happens between 6-12 days. Then add a few days for hCG to rise (especially if you happened to not implant until the 11 or 12 day.

My cycles are anywhere from 40-200+ days. I usually test four weeks after my period (CD28-32) and then every 3-4 weeks until next af

I have only been off of bc since May.  So far, cycles have been 28, 40 and 33 days.  I am currently at cd43 (ugh) but have had all period symptoms except bleeding since the 16th.    have taken two tests, both negative.   Since my cycle is so random, I have no idea if Glow will work.
