Sick . Help

Michelle • My name is Michelle. This is my first pregnancy, I am overly excited.

This is my first time getting a cold while pregnant . I've taken Tylenol, claratin , and desylm but nothing seems to work or even help. What do you do when you have this problem ? What not to do as well ?
