Routine

Does anyone have a written workout routine that thy can share?!?!  I'm 19 weeks and a former college athlete but I've been pretty inactive since finding out I was pregnant. I walk just about everyday but I really would like to spend the rest of my pregnancy working on my arms, shoulders, legs and butt. 
Any advice, tips or full workout plans would be fantastic!!!!  I want to lower my chance at a difficult labor/delivery as much as possible.
