Does anyone know what causes heat rash? Aunt flow came to visit and this morning I noticed this rash on my neck?

I don't know what it is, but I assumed it was heat rash . 
It itches & it also burns 😢

Salt from your sweat blocking your pores, not sure if that is heat rash though
