Roller coasters?

Has anyone ridden roller coasters during pregnancy. I heard the in the second it's safer. any thoughts?

Yup. The reason you aren't to ride roller coasters in pregnancy (before you get to the point where you won't fit in the harness) is because some women who get in car crashes miscarry, and some people think that riding on roller coasters is like getting in a car crash. Which I find odd... If car crashes are dangerous for pregnant women, shouldn't we avoid cars? But no one recommends that. I went when I was about six weeks pregnant. I went on all the rides. Now I'm Thirteen weeks pregnant. Baby is just fine. I am, however, trying to avoid car crashes. Since those actually do cause miscarriage. Other people might yell at you (and me) for going on roller coasters when pregnant, but I've also been told I'm evil for eating sandwiches and sushi while pregnant.

Usually the coaster has a warning sign for people with certain "disabilities" and low and behold pregnancy is on the list. Didn't realize it was a handicap lol-

But to answer question, it's not recommended and if they see your prego usually they don't let you on unless it's very small, not intense type coaster

No no, I went to an amusement park 3 times and I'm 24 weeks my doctor strictly adviced no roller coaster nothing that throws your around

Nope it'll probably say that pregnant women aren't allowed on the ride. They also likely won't let you on if they can tell you are pregnant

No not even in early pregnancy.

My OB won't even allow me to roller skate at work. 😢 I didn't/don't fall, ever, but I still choose not to even though it affects the amount of money I make when I don't skate. If I can't skate, I think my OB would definitely advise against roller coasters.
