AF is late; vomiting
AF was due yesterday. Today I woke up stuffy. Negative pregnancy test. Had all over abdominal pain and vomiting and got lightheaded. I have slept almost all day off and on. My back hurts and I'm pretty sure I'm going crazy. 😭 I really have not had any symptoms until now other than mild back pain. My boobs are a little tender. Not pregnant and AF is playing tricks on me?
