Nexplanon

Hi everybody! I've had the Nexplanon for a little over a year and ever since I got it I realized my acne has increased significantly and I spot almost all the time. I'm to the point where I want to get it removed because of some of the symptoms but at the same time I enjoy how It just sits in my arm. I wanted to know if anyone else has had these types of symptoms? Is there anyway that I can stop the spotting? Any help would be appreciated!
