It's so hard to eat healthy while pregnant

I can barely eat as it is due to nausea and vomiting... It's extremely hard to eat healthy for me because in order to not throw up I have to eat bland foods like cereals and toast. I feel so bad because I want to be able to give my baby what he or she needs...but some days I have cereal and milk along with yogurt and string cheese and a nice dinner but most days I barely eat it all because I get so sick... Ahhh does anyone have any tips?
