Is this an evap?

Christine • I`m a: wife, artist, chef, writer, philosopher, comedian, critic, cartoonist, receptionist looking to add Mom to my title.
I have a hard time with evaps it seems. This almost looks like an indent but not where the test line would normally be. This photo was taken at 3 mins and the test was taken with fmu. Thank you.
