Same with me. I go to the gym and do the treadmill in 10 min intervals since it's too painful if I do more than 10 min at a time. I'll rest for 5 min and then get back on
I'm so uncomfortable..
My first pregnancy I was able to go to the gym every day. I would do 1 hour of cardio and then 30 minutes of weights all the way up till my son was born. With this pregnancy, at 6.5 months, I can't even walk for 10 minutes without having awful cramps. I know every pregnancy is different, and I don't want to become a couch potato.. But I can't seem to do anything without pain.
What is going on? Anything I can do? Has this happened to anyone else?
