Cramps after sex???

So sometimes after sex I get really bad cramps and it makes me feel really sick. What's wrong ?

That happens to me too, from what I've been told, it's probably happening cuz your SO nudged or hit your cervix during sex..? Causing cramps. And if they are severe, (which I've had severe cramps after sex) then they might make you feel sick. To calm me down and relax me I just drink a lot of water and lay down with my SO and watch funny vines.
