Please, I need help
Af is due today, I am lightly spotting, with no systems. I had my annual exam done on 9/24 (Thursday) before going to bed I started to spot, by the next day I was lightly bleeding with a lot of lower back pain and cramps, only lasting one day. I know this can be normal. I've been lightly spotting ever since (4 days total). Did the annual exam just bring on af early? Or should I expect the spotting to get heavier? Please any advice will help, thank you in advance!
