Caffeine?

Question

It is safe to drink soda while pregnant?  I'm a first time mom and I don't know what we can drink and what we can not :(

It's totally fine.  I mostly drink water, but sometimes a soda just hits the spot.  Plus, a little caffeine seems better than taking a Tylenol when I have a headache (and caffeine always helps me!).  I like to share a can to make me feel less guilty - usually with my husband 😊

It's fine in moderation, I try to stay clear of it but limit myself to 4-5 caffeinated drinks in a week no more than one in a day

Caffeine is okay in moderation definitely try to cut back, I personally haven't drank caffeine in 5 years (due to anxiety, it's a panic trigger)

Yeah you can. Suppose to stick to a 200mg limit but I go over that twice a week Lol. 37 weeks and me and baby are healthy

I'm a big soda drinker, and when I got pregnant I had to stay away from it. Plus the first 3 months soda actually made me sick. If I craved soda I could only drink Sprite. And I LOVE Dr Pepper! But caffeine is fine just stay with 1 can a day if you like soda.
