Anybody ever try the old wives tales etc. to get desired sex of a baby? Did it work? Just curious!

Hello, The Shettles (If I spelled that correctly.) is an overpopularized method.
That is the timing for desired gender and the earlier timing for a girl.(Peak ov or after for Boy.) With personal experience(s) and online research the method seems to have mixed results. There is also the douche tale, regarding using that after conception to favor a girl by changing the acidic vaginal fluid and I believe a factor with the "gifted deposit" as well. That method seems to be more discouraged. The Clomid notion seems by public opinion to sway/favor girl gender as well, My Gyno agreed with that One but I am sure it varies and plenty of Women have conceived male gender(s) with Clomid treatment as well. There is also the Ericsson Method which shows evidenced success rates for desired gender. ICI for female and IUI for male.(Performed by a Physician and Insurance typically never covers the cost.) I am not recommending any certain process and of course cannot be certain of what is misinformation but I would conclude the Ericsson method would be the most trustworthy. Hope that info helps!
