So I am barely 5W6D and I have been having the worst cramps ever every time i work, and due to cramps I get horrible lower back aches.I read on another app that you can put a heating pad or warm water bottle to help, but it also suggested a back rub, so I asked my fiancé for the favor, and good lord was it the best thing I ever experienced so far during pregnancy lol.Also putting my legs up helped, so that's my expirience with those cramps and back aches:)
