So I've been on birth control for a few years and obviously never been pregnant. A month ago I switched from a low dose pill (Orsythia) I was on for about a year to a what I consider a regular dose pill (Sprintec). I haven't had a period in over a year and I just started the 'sugar pills' on my new prescription. I haven't had a period yet and I'm a tad nervous because I did have unprotected sex with my boyfriend. Can you get pregnant when switching pills?
