Baby acne??

Question

I was wondering if anyone knows if this is baby acne?? My oldest son never had it and my second who is 3 weeks old has it so bad on his cheeks.. Anything I can do for it? I feel so bad for him thanks for any help :)

This is how my sons was, it was soooo bad! And to top it off he also got cradle CRAP! Dr prescribed hydrocortisone and it cleared it up pretty fast! He also told me to apply breast milk on it. Johnson & Johnson baby products only seemed to make it worse..

My daughter's was much worse than this - covered her entire face. It went away on its own in a couple weeks - be patient, momma!

Looks like it. Coconut oil cleared my son up in a couple weeks. I also eliminated commercial baby wipes like pampers and buggies and "naturals" and moved to a brand called water wipes and began using only aquaphor baby wash with no fragrance on him and myself. To this day I continue this with my son but I contribute the acne clearance to the oil. Available at the grocer usually near other oils in a tub. Solid until mid 70s in temp.

I used Desitin (the diaper rash cream) on everything for my son's skin his milk rash , eczema , and baby acne . Works fast and it's gentle , no side effects .

Breastmilk!! Mix some in with the coconut oil and put it on his face before bed! Will work in a couple of days!

Coconut oil is what I used for any problem with my sons skin. Usually cleared it up right away. If it's really bad could take a few days. :)

It’s from the oils on his head falling on to his face. Your doctor can prescribe a head wash that helps fast! Both my girls had it & it’s basically just the cradle cap thing going on.

Definitely baby acne. Have you put any lotions or ointments on his face at all? I mean. Babies do get it.

There milk spots but they look like they are sore. Try a bit of Olive oil on there skin for any dryness. I got told to use that on my son as he cooked for too long and his skin was exteremly dry

Yes my son had baby acne and that exactly what it looks like it'll go away just leave it alone n wipe his face when you give him a bath
