Best time to pump?

Hi ladies. Just wondering everyone's experience on what time of day they pump and express the most?  Also how old was your baby when supply had stabilized?

I think everyone is different. Many people say 1-5am is the best. But that's not the case for me. My best one is between 8-11pm.

In the morning your supply is the max so a morning pump gets the most milk. My milk stabilized at about 3 months.
