unrefined or refined coconut oil
Hey gals! I've recently read that coconut oil is a good safe lube for ttc! Is it best to get the unrefined or refined coconut oil? And any specific brand? Walmart has some by the brand of Spectrum and it's organic, virgin coconut oil! In a glass jar..someone mentioned don't get any in plastic containers.. any first hand advice?
