Didn't realize I bought a dual pack of prenatal. Does anyone know the difference between these two things and if I need to both or just one?

You need both that's why they were both in the same pack. That's the version I take. If you don't want to take two pills then next time get one a day prenatals it's just the equate version puts it in two. The prenatal doesn't have DHA so they put it in a separate pill which is still very important to take.

One is a prenatal and the other is dha. It's not really a double pack. You need to take both every day.

I would check the back and see what each contain, some things you can overdose on if you take too much....if they came together they may be intended to be taken together but I think there would be instructions telling you to do so
