Line progression?

I had some spotting and bleeding between 13,14,15dpo which stopped completely by the evening. First test taken at 16dpo middle test taken at 15 dpo and bottom taken at 12 dpo I had my first beta hcg done on Monday and my levels were at 47 at 14 dpo 1 point below average.
