Hope it's not my mind messing with me

The last 3 days I've been having super sore breast. Last night when I took my bra off it felt like I had bricks as breast and they hurt so bad. Not suppose to get my period till the 8th!!! Should I test or wait???? Really hope it's not all in my head, I try not to think about it but it's so hard
