Two menstrual period in a month

I had one on 11 Sept And another menstrual period on 29sept this is the first time is happening to me and am very scared pls am I in a serious or bad condition what is really the problem? and what do I do so that I can't see my period twice a month.. meanwhile I and my husband are trying to make baby. Pls I need urgent answer and suggestions.. thanks
