Anyone heard of vitex ? And any successful stories

I have read online and from Friends about vitex,(chast berry) about how it helps with ovulation hormone balancing and menstrual pain and symptoms, so I am taking it, I just want to know if you have heard about it and if you know or have any success stories to share!! :-)
